We offer financial assistance in the communities we serve, to those who qualify, so they can get the care they need. Eligibility Information
The Community Medical Fund assists adult patients at or below 200% of the federal poverty level with mental health counseling, medical, dental, vision, medication, substance use treatment, or any other health expenses which they are unable to afford.
